Creating and Managing Repair Quotes

This video demonstrates the process of creating and managing repair quotes within the Zerux Tech application.
Login and Quote Initiation
The user begins by logging in as an administrator, then accesses a technician's interface. From there, they navigate to the quotes section and initiate a new quote by assigning it a name.
Adding Products and Parts
Products are added to the quote either by selecting them from a list of available tablet products or by performing a search in the ERP catalog. Once a product is added, the user can access its bill of materials (nomenclature) to select specific parts required for the repair, using category filters if needed. Quantities for each part can be adjusted.
Quote Finalization and Generation
After adding all products and parts, the technician can enter flat-rate installation fees and apply a commercial gesture (discount). Next, they complete client information, add technical comments, and digitally sign the quote. Once finalized, the quote is saved and can be generated as a PDF document.
