Your ideas deserve a tool of your own.

An idea to bring to life, or an existing system that no longer moves: we shape with you the tool for your activity, from that we specialise for you. You understand it and can take it over. It runs where you decide, on , a foundation designed to keep your data under your control.

What sets us apart

Your business should not have to fit a software’s boxes

Many AI solutions for businesses are well made. They are designed for a typical company, and you are the one who has to bend. We do the opposite: we start from , already tested, and specialise them for your organisation, at every link of the chain.

Where it runs

Our cloud, yours, on our premises or on yours

The same foundation is deployed in our cloud, in the cloud of your choice, on our machines or on yours. Health data that must sit with a certified health-data host, or a refusal to let your data pass through the big platforms or through American or Chinese model providers: we build the chain accordingly, and tell you up front which block cannot do it yet.

Interoperable by design. Our own systems run with a hosting provider.

Your applications

The tool you are missing, connected to the rest

A quote, a schedule, a follow-up specific to your trade: it is built as one more block, and connects to your data and current tools without redoing everything.

In progress for a client: joinery quotes composed by AI from the real catalogue.

Your calls

Phone reception that follows your instructions

You write the greeting and the instructions, try them out loud, then publish them for the next calls. Vox is not a call centre, but it can be shaped into one: people making calls, AI or the team answering according to the schedule, calls analysed by AI.

Demonstrable: SHAPER Vox. The call centre: on request, not yet built.

Follow-up

From the case file to the machine

Reminders, deadlines and dashboards for your team; supervision and backups for the system. You see where the work stands.

Demonstrable: SHAPER Workspace. Supervision: monthly piloting.

And what exists nowhere yet?

The question is not whether a product allows for it, but whether it is worth building. We tell you plainly, including when the answer is no.

And what is built stays yours, by design: one universe per organisation, a secrets vault of your own, and the way out planned from the start.

Three words, everything follows

Shaping

From a blurry intuition to a usable tool, on the pillar. We start from your trade, not a template.

Piloting

Your data connected and finally readable. You see what is happening without becoming an engineer.

Control

It stays yours. You keep control, and evolve the tool yourself or with us.

Two profiles, one offer

Business owner or technical lead: open the card that fits you. The owner starts from the solutions, the technical lead opens the hood.

You will likely recognise one of these

Try it before talking to me

The best argument is a tool you handle yourself. Come in, try it, test without constraints.

Business : public demo

Case tracking, built-in messaging, roles, documents. Data resets every night: nothing to risk.

Your AI, where you accept it

The real question is not “which model” but “where does my data go”. We set that with you, line by line.

  1. 01

    Commercial cloud

Fastest to set up, least controlled. Fine for what is not sensitive.

  2. 02

    Hybrid

Volume handled on your side, cloud only where it truly adds something.

  3. 03

    On your servers

Processing stays with you. More demanding to operate, and entirely doable.

The questions I get asked first

What is Shaper OS?
The operating model underneath your business tool: a , infrastructure with a written recovery path for each project, where handle repetitive tasks under your control. For the owner, the tool does its job; for the , everything is inspectable.
How is this different from AI solutions for businesses?
A packaged product is designed for a typical company: you are the one who adapts to it. Here we start from common, tested building blocks and specialise them for your organisation: where it runs (our cloud, yours, our machines or yours), the applications to connect, phone reception, and a call centre on request, not yet built, follow-up. It is interoperable by design. What is built stays yours, and each solution shows its real status.
Who is this for?
SME owners and technical leads who want a tool of their own (, case management, back office, e-commerce) rather than one more subscription, and who care where their data goes. Also those who started an application with an AI and cannot get it to hold.
Does my data go to the cloud?
Only where you decided it should, and that is built in from the design: each organisation has its own universe, with its database, the index of its documents and its secrets vault. The rule: local when possible, cloud when necessary, and a written line stating what is allowed to leave. A client file stays with you; a public product sheet can go to a commercial service.
How does it start, and what does it cost?
With a free thirty-minute conversation. Then a written diagnostic, priced and scheduled before it starts, deducted from the project if it begins within thirty days. The founding project takes three days to a week or more. You can stop after any stage.
Am I dependent on you afterwards?
No: you stay free. The tool is built on building blocks; their assembly and the specialisation programmed for you make up the code of your application. That code, your data and the documentation are yours, and hosting, export and the backup policy are written into the contract. Once the core is proven, you choose: evolve it yourself, which has already happened, or carry on with us, for example with monthly piloting. Never as a condition, always because it is useful.
