Handling your requests is based on our legitimate interest in answering you or on steps taken before a contract. Services are based on performing the contract, site security on our legitimate interest, and billing on our legal obligations. Audience measurement is based on your consent.

With your consent, we use cookies to measure site traffic. You can accept or refuse, then change your mind at any time using the Cookies link in the footer. Your choice is remembered for up to 180 days.

Statistics are hosted on our infrastructure and IP addresses are truncated. They are not used for advertising profiling. Some emailed links contain a random identifier: access to the link is recorded and, with your consent to cookies, pages viewed can be linked to the message sent. No email opening pixel is used.

Messages are kept while we handle your request, then archived if a project warrants it. Client data is kept for the duration of the contract, then for the applicable legal periods.

Detailed visit data is kept for 180 days. Technical logs are kept for a few weeks, unless a security incident requires longer retention.

Data is accessible to the people and technical providers needed to operate the site and handle your requests. Cloudflare provides site delivery and protection. Other providers involved in a project are specified in the contract. We do not sell your data.

Where the GDPR applies, you can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, as well as portability, restriction of processing or object to it, under the conditions set by the regulations.
