Refund policy

Each service is prepared to order. A quote describes what is owed, what is delivered and what triggers payment. If cancelled, billing matches work already performed and commitments made to subcontractors.

Once the deliverable is handed over, the diagnostic is non-refundable. If the follow-on project starts within 30 days, its amount is deducted from the project as stated on the Pricing page.

Cancellation more than 7 days before the session: full refund or free reschedule. Between 7 days and 24 h: 50% due or one reschedule. Less than 24 h or no-show: full session fee due, except documented force majeure.

Deposits cover scheduling and kick-off. If the client stops mid-project, delivered phases and committed days remain due. If the provider demonstrably cannot continue, amounts for undelivered work are refunded or rescheduled.

Any refund or reschedule request must be sent in writing to [email protected], citing the invoice or quote reference. Reply within 10 business days.
